Hailing from central Massachusetts, Nothing To No One is made up of the four Mello brothers, alongwith Jeff Lizotte. A wide
range of influences, as well as A lifetime of playing music together have lead the members of Nothing To No One to create music that
showcases their pop sensibility yet remains unique.
Playing in bands all their lives, the members of Nothing To No One have also contributed to projects such as The Blame, Fathom, Miles to Meroe, Fjlex, and Defective Hector.
Years of gigging have lead Nothing To No One and its members all over the country playing countless noteworthy venues with numerous national acts. Some of those venues have included Arlene's Grocery (NYC), the infamous CBGB (NYC), The Middle East (Boston), Harper's Ferry (Boston), The Abbey Lounge (Boston), The All Asia (Cambridge, MA), and Locobazooka (Massachusetts), just to name a few. Members of Nothing To No One have shared the stage with such artists as William Tell (Something Corporate), Jimmy Robbins, The Last Goodnight, System of a Down, Primus, Faith No More, Jay Geils, Sam Black Church, and Albert Bouchard of The Blue Oyster Cult.
Nothing To No One most often perform throughout the Northeast, specifically in Boston, Rhode Island, and New York City. Their style of music has been described as a combination of Pop Rock and New Wave. Ever-present acoustic guitars and synthesizer make for a unique and full live sound.
Nothing To No One's first full length album was released in the winter of 2009 and is currently available on iTunes. The first single, "Seconds Late", has been featured on the Boston radio station 92.5 "The River", and can be requested on 107.3 WAAF or 101.7 WFNX. The band is gearing up to record their second full length album, set to be released in the summer of 2012.
